What is the purpose of Custom messages? |
The Custom Messages option allows operators, with proper security rights, to define custom messages that can generate an event based on a schedule. Up to 10 custom messages can be programmed to trigger an event at a preset time. Each custom message can be triggered when the schedule becomes valid, invalid, or both. In other words, you can trigger up to 20 custom events if you take into account the start and/or end of a schedule interval.
Each custom event is displayed in the Messages List on the desktop.
